Features & Benefits

Material strength

Each unit has a heavy gauge steel housing, which is durable and long lasting with a corrosion resistant epoxy paint finish.

Motor protection

All SJ units have integral thermal overload protection which prevents the motor from overheating.

Range

An extensive range of fans from 100mm to 355mm diameter, which means much greater performance choices.

Ease of wiring

Connections are made via an IP54 rated terminal box which is fitted onto the outside of the unit casing.

Quality impellers

A high efficiency, single inlet, single width backward curved centrifugal impeller which is designed to be non overloading and self cleaning.

Ease of installation

All models are designed for direct connection to standard diameter flexible or rigid circular ducting with 25mm minimum length spigots for ease of connection.

Full accessory range

Speed controllers, fast clamps, electric heater batteries, silencers, panel filters, flexible connectors, non return dampers.

Casing

The all metal fan casing and guard provide a long lasting and robust construction.

The units have been constructed from mild steel and suitably treated to ensure full corrosion protection.

Fan casings shall have a high resistance epoxy paint finish.

Motors

Highly efficient, maintenance free external rotor motors shall be used, matched to the aerodynamic performance of the impeller.

These shall be protected to IP44 and suitable for speed control and working temperatures of up to +50℃.

Electrical connection shall be provided by an IP54 terminal box fitted onto the unit casing.

Impellers

Impellers shall be single inlet backward curved centrifugal type.

Quality Management

Units are to be designed and manufactured with procedures as defined in BS EN ISO 9001: 2008.

Jetflow SJ units are to be tested to ISO 5801:1997 (airside performance) and BS 848 Part 2: 1985 (sound performance).
